How Long Does It Last?
Microshading typically lasts between one to three years depending on skin type, age, lifestyle and proper aftercare. Touch ups are highly recommended to maintain the quality of the brows by keeping the lines sharp and color vibrant.

Touch Up

Your initial touch up should be done within 8-10 weeks of your initial service. Any touch ups within 6-8 months will be an additional charge.

Annual touch ups are highly recommended.

Microshading vs. Microblading

Microshading gives you a significantly longer-lasting effect whereas microblading, which is a procedure in which the needle strokes through the skin to create a hair-like tattoo, does not implant the pigment as effectively as the powder method used with microshading. Microshading is also less invasive which means less trauma to the skin and provides you with a smoother healing process. Microshading is the newer, more popular service.
